Job Description:
A company is looking for a 340B Analyst to manage compliance and
optimize the 340B Drug Discount Program.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain the 340B Drug Pricing Program standards and
compliance
Provide training and support for covered entity leadership and
staff on 340B practices
Conduct audits and data analysis to identify compliance risks and
implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance,
Information Technology, Pharmacy, or related field
1-2 years of experience with pharmacy 340B required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Advanced knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and healthcare
billing regulations
Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record and 340B Split
Billing Software preferred
