Job Description:
A company is looking for a Design Systems Expert to lead the
creation and optimization of design systems for client
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product teams to develop user interface designs
and address UX issues
Support multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to
deadlines
Work with designers, developers, and product management in an agile
environment to iterate user interface designs based on research and
usability tests
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a professional UX/UI Designer with a
focus on design systems for SaaS or enterprise applications
Bachelor's degree in visual design, Digital Media, or a related
field
Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems for
mobile apps and web platforms
Familiarity with Agile Methodology
Proficiency in Figma and design-to-development workflows
