Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer II specializing in Compliance Fair Lending Testing.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze lending policies and procedures, including scoring systems and regulatory focuses
Assess risks and develop strategies to close performance gaps
Report findings to Senior Management and recommend compliance testing protocols

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of mortgage products and consumer finance
Expertise in fair lending laws and regulations
Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using software applications
