Dealer Response Team SpecialistJob Description:The Dealer Response
Team Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee
experience with our dealership partners. The DRT team acts as an
automotive industry Help Desk with the primary focus on accepting
inbound and conducting outbound calls with car dealerships,
distribution centers, and automotive field managers. This person
will support dealerships in troubleshooting any confusion and
delivering an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities:
