Key Responsibilities

interactions and service delivery
Manage complex member cases and implement strategies for optimizing
member health outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance member
care coordination and experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Management, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, care
coordination, or contact center management
Strong understanding of healthcare processes and member
engagement
Proficiency in contact center software and CRM systems
Adherence to healthcare data privacy regulations, such as HIPAA
