Services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for
staff
Coordinate daily team activities and establish work schedules
Execute operational strategies and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant
experience, or a combination of education and experience
Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance
management
Leadership skills to motivate teams towards operational targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
