What You'll Be Doing: As the Director of Nursing, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Nursing Department, ensuring the highest standards of quality care in accordance with all regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include:


Managing and mentoring nursing staff


Overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges


Greeting new residents and addressing resident concerns


Collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless care


Maintaining compliance with educational and regulatory requirements


What We're Looking For:


Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio


CPR certification (long-term care experience preferred)


Strong leadership skills with a commitment to quality care


Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
