Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Commerce to manage client
relationships and lead a team in e-commerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client management, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering
strong relationships with stakeholders
Oversee client onboarding and transitions, maximizing account
potential and ensuring seamless experiences
Drive innovation and thought leadership by implementing
cutting-edge tactics and staying updated on industry trends
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in e-commerce business management roles
Management experience preferred, with a minimum of 5 years managing
a team
Expertise in Amazon Operations preferred
Advanced computer skills, including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel,
and PowerPoint
Client/vendor facing experience required, ideally with Amazon or
agency experience
