Join our exceptional team and help us continue to provide the highest quality of health care possible to our communities.General SummaryUnder the direction and supervision of a radiologist/physician, performs all procedures within the Diagnostic section of Radiology in the Medical Imaging Department. Observes all radiation safety guidelines and performs any other duties which assist in the provision of quality patient care according to the mission and values of the hospital.Minimum Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic at a level normally acquired through completion of a high school education.Successful completion of an AMA approved training program in radiologic technology and certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Advanced schooling/ credentialing and certification are required to advance into areas of echocardiography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and mammography.
