Group, a World Group company, is currently looking for an adaptive
and versatile person to join our family as an Account Manager to
join our growing world headquarters in Rocky River, Ohio!The
Account Manager is responsible for providing customer support to
our valued clients, while assisting in growing the ContainerPort
Group customer base, and will communicate with outside customers as

ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with internal teams on customers
logistical needs and updatesFollow-up with customers regarding
current and projected availabilityCoordinate daily with other
account managers, directors, and internal teamsDaily order updates
in TMS software for customer shipmentsUtilize Salesforce to record
and document customer recordsDaily review of non-invoice report
with account managersOther duties as assignedEducation and
Experience:High School Diploma RequirePossesses a high degree of
initiativeExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbove
average communication skills (verbal, written) required using
different tools (text, email, phone, video)Effective communication
with cross-functional stakeholdersAttention to detailMust be
computer literate and able to use the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility
to multi-task in a dynamic work environmentPhysical RequirementsThe
